Sheroowd has been constantly researching user needs and tracking the latest research progress. Now we have taken fluidized bed products to a new level, which can handle samples that are more delicate, irregular, and contain moisture.
The new M501 programmable fluidized bed dryer can be programmed and controlled through a computer to complete as many drying steps as possible and can control and monitor the following parameters: inlet air temperature; Blower motor speed, pulsating flow function (for samples that are difficult to sulfurize)
When not using a computer, M501 can complete the drying process with a 16 step built-in program or be used as a regular convection dryer.
Compared to previous models, the added features include precise flow and membrane sealing control to prevent samples from entering the interior of the host.
To achieve programmable control, the following components are required: host; Software; Drying tube; Computer interface cable; computer.
Adding a humidity/output temperature electrode can upgrade the programmable fluidized bed dryer to an analytical dryer and capture and store the following parameters: air flow rate; Inlet temperature; Pulsating conditions; Export temperature, relative humidity. Each drying step can be programmed to terminate when the humidity level or outlet temperature reaches the required level. Analytical dryers can be used to monitor manual or programmable operations. The captured data can be output in the form of an Excel spreadsheet for calculating the drying curve and humidity.
An additional pulsating airflow device can be optionally attached to the programmable fluidized bed dryer, which can be programmed to adjust the pulse frequency or the alternating time interval between pulse and steady airflow. The function of pulsating airflow is similar to adding an external vibration and mixing mechanism. For some samples that are difficult to fluidized, such as wet irregularly shaped long tobacco leaves or tea leaves, they can be separated and mixed by pulsating methods.
